Tolu Peters is deeply committed to helping people grow, lead well, and navigate change with purpose. With over 30 years of experience across financial institutions, multinationals, consulting firms, and international development agencies, she brings a thoughtful, steady approach to leadership transformation and organizational development.
Her work has taken her across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, where she has led meaningful HR initiatives and developed leadership programs that support people through real-world challenges.
As CEO of Always Green LLC, Tolu partners with leaders and organizations to thrive in times of transition—helping them move forward with clarity, emotional intelligence, and strategic focus. Her approach combines practical change readiness with purpose-driven engagement, equipping individuals and teams to navigate transformation with confidence and integrity.

In addition, she sits on the advisory boards of Women in Business (University of Cape Town) and Africa Health Matters, and previously served on the board of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Virginia Chapter.
